1. Orders & Shipping

Q1. How long does delivery take in South Africa?
Orders are dispatched within one working day and typically arrive within one to three working days in major cities like Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and Pretoria. Outlying areas may take slightly longer due to third-party regional couriers.

Q2. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, Padel Gear offers free delivery on all orders over R1000. Orders below this amount carry a standard R95 delivery fee.

Q3. Can I track my order after purchase?
Yes. You’ll receive an automated email with your unique tracking number and link once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track it in real time.

Q4. Do you ship outside South Africa?
Currently, deliveries are only made within the borders of South Africa. International shipping options are being explored for the future.

Q5. What happens if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact the customer service team immediately by email or WhatsApp. You can inspect the parcel with the courier and note any damages before signing the waybill.


2. Returns & Refunds

Q6. What is Padel Gear’s return policy?
You have thirty days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Q7. Are there any products that cannot be returned?
Yes. Due to hygiene and performance reasons, rackets, balls, and grips are non-returnable unless defective. Gift cards are also not eligible for refunds.

Q8. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
You can email the sales team to log your return or exchange request. Instructions and collection arrangements will be provided if needed.

Q9. Who covers the shipping cost for returns?
If returning an item for a refund, a R150 return collection fee applies. Exchanges for items of equal or higher value are free of charge.

Q10. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed within five working days to your original payment method through a secure payment partner.

Padel Gear offers leading international brands including Adidas, Bullpadel, Nox, Babolat, Wilson, Head, Siux, and Black Crown, providing world-class quality and performance.

Q12. How do I choose the right padel racket?
You can use the Racket Finder Tool to match your skill level and playing style. Expert staff are also available to assist with recommendations based on control, power, or balance preferences.

Q13. Are your products authentic?
Yes. Padel Gear is South Africa’s first authorised online padel retailer. All items are sourced directly from official distributors and carry authentic brand warranties.

Q14. Do you sell pre-loved or demo rackets?
Certified pre-loved rackets are occasionally available in excellent condition at discounted prices. These can be found in the Clearance section when in stock.

Q15. Can I buy padel court equipment from Padel Gear?
Yes. Padel Gear supplies court equipment and works with professional installers to assist clubs and facilities in setting up new padel courts.

Padel Gear accepts major South African debit and credit cards, instant EFTs, and secure online payments through trusted gateways.
