The Superlight is the easiest racket in the Metalbone family to get on with. It is light enough in the hand that quick reactions at the net and long matches both stay comfortable, which makes it a sensible first proper racket if you are still building your swing.

The hitting area is forgiving, so shots that land away from the middle still come off cleanly instead of dying. The touch is soft too, and the ball leaves the face easily without you having to force it.

It has not lost the family's attacking bias, and there is enough momentum through the head to help you get on top of an overhead. You trade some solidity for speed of hand, and for most players that is the right way round.
