The semi-rigid shell along the sides is what you notice first: it holds its shape, so the frames are not squashed when the bag is wedged into a full boot. Shoes or sweaty kit go in a separate ventilated section, and a foam back panel with backpack straps lets you wear it rather than haul it. This one is black nylon dobby and neoprene with an orange stripe and orange zip pulls.
The catch is size. At roughly 60 x 30 x 40 cm (retailers list the length at 60 to 62 cm) it is a lot of bag if you only bring one racket. If two frames is your limit, the Hack Backpack in black carries a pair in its thermal section and is easier to live with.
