Who is Head Gravity Motion for? +
The Gravity Motion is built around control. The hitting zone is generous and predictable, so a ball taken slightly off-centre still goes roughly where you meant it to.
It moves faster than the Gravity Pro, which shows up at the net in a quick volley exchange and again when you have scrambled and just need to get the face behind the ball. The strike is on the soft side, so the ball springs away with easy depth and you rarely have to muscle a lob to the back glass.
It is also the more comfortable of the two Gravity rackets, with a handle that damps vibration well across a long match, and there is enough grip on the face to work spin into your shots. A good pick if you live at the back of the court and want a racket that keeps the ball in play with you.
